Our sewing services are completed with a special attention to detail, delivering high-quality results. We use a creative approach to find the best solution for every customer’s desired outcome, whether they need a quick alteration or full tailoring — we even offer creative consulting services, designing custom garments and home décor for customers!
Where We’re Located
Our spacious shop is conveniently located near downtown Yarmouth, ME, and has plenty of onsite parking available. Inside, it features a large fitting room for appointments and a roomy, inviting classroom for sewing classes.
We serve the town of Yarmouth, as well as Auburn/Lewiston, Oxford, and surrounding areas.

Meet Owner & Tailoress, Michelle Lee
With over 25 years of sewing experience, Michelle has loved sewing, crafting, and crocheting since she was 10 years old.
Michelle’s paternal grandmother was a seamstress who provided alterations to many people in their hometown. Later, Michelle discovered her true skills at Bay Path High School in Massachusetts, where she learned formal skills in the Fashion Design program. She also attended Becker College for Fashion Design and Merchandising.
Michelle Lee’s Stitchery was first created as a part-time crafting business six years ago. During this time, Michelle made products and presented them in the craft show circuit. She continues to represent in craft shows on a part-time basis.
Today, Michelle has found her true passion, opening a shop where she can offer a service that allows for creativity, artistry, and repurposing!
