Terms of Service

Classes and Private Tutoring:

• CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 3 DAYS FROM SCHEDULED DATE – No refunds or transfers due to limited class sizes, administrative costs to manage cancellations and transfers, and instructor prep time.
• CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS 14 DAYS OR MORE FROM SCHEDULED DATE – Transfer to another class date, or full refund, minus any non-refundable service fees.
• PROPRIETOR CANCELLATIONS. In the event that the proprietor is unable to conduct the class or private tutoring on the scheduled date, all participants will be transferred to another acceptable date or a full refund will be provided. 

General Terms of Service:

No cash refunds.  To the best of our ability, fair negotiation will be made for services deemed unsatisfactory.

For large, special order projects, a deposit may be required based on specific materials which may need to be purchased for the project.
